Shipping policy

Processing time: Please give us between 1-3 business days to get your order in the mail. Presently our delivery days are Monday (Am) and Thursday (PM)

Example: You place an order at 10:01 am on a Monday your order will be in the mail to you by Thursday. Please note your order can be shipped sooner but, in any case, that it isn't refer to this time frame.

Damaged and lost packages

Please note that at RELATIVE SOAPS we take in consideration your package journey to you. Which is why we do not skimp on durable packaging and all of the things to inform mail carriers to handle with care. However, once we send off your package it is out of our control how it is handled, and we cannot be held responsible. 

Online orders will be emailed a tracking number from the carrier that will be responsible for your package delivery. This usually requires you to click on the link and follow the prompt. If you are experiencing issue reach out to the carrier directly for further assistance. 

 

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees unless said otherwise.
