All items are FINAL SALE.
We appreciate your business, and we want you to love your experience. If you received damaged or missing items, please contact us at relativesoaps@gmail.com . Provide proof of your purchase, picture of your item and we will be more than happy to fix any mistakes on our end at no additional cost to you.
Out of Stock policy
In the event you purchase something that is out of stock you have the choice to wait for it to be in stock, choose another item of equal or less value or be refunded for that item. Someone will reach out to you from relativesoaps@gmail.com. before shipping to give you the opportunity to decide. If we do not hear back within 72 hours you will be refunded for the out of stock item. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer will be responsible for all shipping fees.
